Unistats are the ideal solution for fast and precise thermal control of externally connected applications. In comparison to other circulators, the Unistats offer rapid temperature change and a wide temperature range without fluid change. There are over 60 models to choose from with cooling powers from 0,7 to 130 kW. Circulating chillers in the Unichiller range offer an ideal solution for environmentally friendly and economical cooling in laboratory and industry. Efficient energy management in all Huber chillers ensures low operating costs and reduced usage of valuable fresh water. Huber circulating chillers are a resource saving solution with a quick return on investment.

Bath and circulation thermostats

KISS • Ministat • Compatible Control

The circulators are split into two product lines, the CC-models and the simpler KISS models.  Baths and circulators for heating applications up to +300 °C are available, as well as models for heating and cooling applications from -90 °C to +200 °C. Immersion or bridge circulators are suitable for thermal control of existing baths. The Ministat, the smallest cooling and heating circulator in the world, is the first choice for operation in fume-hoods or integrating into systems.

Temperature Control Systems for Automotive applications

Unimotive

The temperature control systems are constructed for operation with water-ethylene glycol mixture with corrosion protection down to -45°C. Unimotive units are ideally suited for integration into test benches, where they ensure reproducible temperatures, e.g. for quality control, battery testing, as well as for temperature control of climate and vacuum chambers and calibration tasks. Unimotive models feature unique thermodynamics for highly accurate and reproducible results. The proven Unistat technology also allows very short heating and cooling times and excellent temperature control accuracy. All Unimotive models are operated via a colour 5.7″ touchscreen display with convenient menu navigation.

Cold Trap for Evaporation Tasks

CT

The CT50 Single OLÉ cold trap means that evaporation tasks in the laboratory are now even easier and cheaper. It has been specially developed to offer highly efficient solvent recovery in laboratory conditions. The CT50 cold trap can be connected to rotary evaporators or any other application requiring low temperatures for solvent recovery. The CT50 cold trap offers direct, rapid cooling as well as low operating costs. Its compact design takes up minimal space on the laboratory bench. Thanks to the natural refrigerant, the cold trap works in an environmentally friendly manner. It is also robust and durable due to the high-quality materials used in its manufacture.

Beer Force Ageing Test Baths

BFT

We offer a special heating and cooling thermostat for the Beer Forcing test. The unit is fitted with a programmer for automatic temperature cycles. The changing the temperature between 0 and 60 °C in a cycle time of 24 hours artificial aging of the beer is achieved. All models meet the requirements of Safety Class III (FL). The housing and all parts which come into contact with the fluid are made out of high quality stainless steel.

Calibration baths

Unical

Calibration baths are used in Quality Assurance in industry and research. The modular concept is based on the combination of a calibration bath with a Unistat. This determines the temperature range and the speed of change of temperature. The calibration bath made out of stainless steel is constructed like a calorimeter and allows good homogeneity. Calibration bath with a diameter of 118 millimetres and a bath depth of 384 millimetres are offered to calibrate measurement and control sensors. The calibration space is free accessible and symmetrical. The upper edge is designed for taking a bearing with a thread for glass thermometers and, in the other side, creates a sealing ending for a customer-specific bath cover.

Hotbox HB

Circulation heaters with Pilot ONE for temperature control of external open systems in a compact construction and suitable for installation in plant. With a circulation pump made out of stainless steel. Adjustable overtemperature protection according to DIN 12876.

Circulation heat exchangers

HTS

Heat exchanger system HTS with a circulation pump for primary side connection to an existing supply of cooling water. These compact circulation coolers provide a cooling circuit with a stable pressure and delivery stream as well a precisely adjustable operating temperature. The cooling capacity is generated using a plate heat exchanger over the attached cooling water. Since there is no active chiller present the devices run quietly, in an energy saving manner, and represent an economic alternative to conventional chillers. HTS systems are suitable for exact temperature control of external applications such as Peltier elements, bioreactors, etc.

The small Tangos mark the entry level into the world of Unistats. The compact dimensions and unique thermodynamics make the Petite Fleur and Grande Fleur ideal for precise temperature control of research reactors. As for all Unistats also the Petite/Grande Fleur models have unique thermodynamic properties. In a direct comparison to other devices in this price class the systems stand alone when it comes to the highest temperature control speed. The new high temperature thermostats of the Unistat range set new standards in safety, easy operation, and rapid, dynamic temperature control. The minimal internal volume allows the shortest heat-up times to be achieved. The working life and properties of the thermal fluid are also protected, by avoiding direct contact between the hot fluid and atmosphere. The high temperature Unistats are suitable for temperature control applications up to +425 °C, e.g. a double jacketed reaction vessel (reactor), and pilot plants, as well as the semiconductor Industry and high temperature distillation. They are suitable for maintaining constant high temperatures, or to contain an exothermic reaction at high temperature.

This chiller is unique on the global market due to its space saving L-form. The additional space required on the laboratory table is zero! Abracadabra: placed on rotary evaporator the RotaCool virtually disappears completely. The RotaCool is a product to provide a dedicated cooling service to all small bench top Rotary Evaporators.

Immersion Cooler

TC

Immersion Coolers offers a flexible solution for a variety of cooling applications. These units are easy to use and ideally suited to quick liquid cooling. A typical application is to cool heating thermostats or as a substitute for dry ice. Immersion coolers offer an environmentally friendly cooling alternative by reducing consumption of tap water. The TC Immersion Coolers are available without a controller for continuous cooling or respectively with controller and Pt100 sensor. Models with the addition “E” are equipped with a temperature controller and LED Display and have a temperature stability of ±0.5 K. All models can be delivered with a flexible evaporator coil (no extra cost). The model name and number of these units have the suffix ”F“. Small footprints combined with compact housing made from high quality stainless steel and carrying handles allow the Immersion coolers to be easily positioned for use and, for easy relocation, trolleys are available as accessory.

Flow-through chilllers

DC

Flow-through Chillers are designed for simple, low demand cooling applications. They are commonly used in combination with heating circulators and baths to remove heat in order to cool a process back to room temperature.

Immersion thermostats

KISS • Compatible Control

Immersion thermostats are the basis for many device combinations with polycarbonate or stainless steel bath vessels. There is a universally usable screw clamp in the scope of delivery for the thermostats to be very easily mounted on any desired vessels. Negative temperatures of down to -30°C can be realised in combination with a a refrigerated bath. All models are fitted with a powerful pressure/suction pump and meet the requirements of Safety Class III (FL) for use with flammable fluids. A pump adapter for external temperature control and cooling coils for a cooling water connection can be obtained as accessories.

Bridge thermostats

Compatible Control

The bridge thermostats are suitable for use with a range of baths. The variable speed pressure/suction pump with VPC Technology is ideal for external thermoregulation applications. Models with bigger heating capacities are suitable for larger baths. The telescopic arms can be extended up to 884 mm.

Bath & circulation thermostats

KISS • Compatible Control

Bath & circulation thermostats are suitable for temperature control of externally connected applications. There is furthermore the option to insert objects like samples, sensors, etc. directly into the open thermostat bath. The devices are fitted with long-life bath vessels made out of high quality stainless steel and have pump connections on the rear as standard. All models are fitted with an overtemperature and low level protection system according to safety class III/FL (DIN 12876) for use with flammable fluids. A powerful pressure-suction pump ensures optimal heat transfer to external attached applications.
